This remodel project was all about blending style with functionality, transforming dated spaces into modern, inviting areas that truly work for everyday living. From the kitchen to the powder room and laundry area, every detail was thoughtfully updated to elevate both form and flow.
We started by removing the original 1991 cabinets and countertops, making room for a modern, functional upgrade throughout. The real wood floors were sanded and stained darker, adding warmth and elegance to the entire space.
In the powder room, we added new cabinetry with granite countertops and a sleek Moen black widespread faucet.
The kitchen saw a major transformation—we eliminated the soffits and outdated light fixtures, replacing them with can lights on dimmers for a clean, contemporary look. We installed Shiloh cabinets, a quartz countertop and backsplash, and an undermount stainless steel sink with awesome accessories like a cutting board, veggie colander, and drying station. We even added a coffee bar and mini fridge for extra functionality!
In the laundry room, we went bold with navy blue cabinets, a quartz shelf, and a Grohe sink faucet that combines form and function.
