I just wanted to take a moment to thank Derek and Restoration Plumbing . We hired Restoration Plumbing for a basement bathroom remodel. We were pretty nervous because it represented a big investment for us.
Derek and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and prompt. They worked with us from start to finish, helped with some of the planning and left a clean jobsite everyday ( they even did some extra stuff that popped up along the way!!!)
All of this on top of the work that was performed. The job was done professionally and accurately. Derek took the time to answer all my questions and we felt comfortable from start to finish. Derek is the only plumber I will use. We’ve had a few issues with sewer backups and ejector pumps, and also had a water softener, a toilet, bathroom remodel, and a battery backup system installed. He was great to work with in all instances. Very knowledgeable, and will take the time to educate his customers on what he is doing and why.
Derek makes me feel at ease during the entire process every time. He has come out to also give his opinion on a ceiling leak and honestly told me it was not plumbing related. He gives suggestions on what may need to be done in the future and also provides “public service announcements” anytime he can. He has informed us about things like hoses connected outside, or opening cabinet doors during the winter. Above all, he has the utmost integrity – a family man with Christian values and it shows in the work he does.

I wanted to write to you and express my pleasure with the service you provided last Wednesday. The shower in our bedroom bathroom has been broken for six years. It was actually caused by another plumber re-installing a toilet. Long story.
I have been neglecting to have it repaired because of the perceived cost. I finally got tired enough of using the little bathroom and called Restoration. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised with how little it would cost to have it repaired. So pleasantly surprised that I decided to have all of the toilets replaced as well.
